The HAY Harrow 2025 survey gathered responses from nearly 8,000 young people aged 9–18 across 37 schools and colleges in the London Borough of Harrow, covering mental health, digital wellbeing, safety, physical health, and future aspirations. Most young people reported feeling happy and safe, but significant inequalities were found for vulnerable groups including those with SEND, young carers, asylum seekers, non-binary young people, and those experiencing food insecurity. Economic hardship emerged as a cross-cutting factor linked to poorer outcomes across every theme. The findings are intended to inform targeted service delivery and strategic planning across the borough.
