This regional report presents findings from 534 young people aged 11–30 in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, drawn from the 2025 Youth Voice Census. Key findings show that only 38% of young people in the region can access mental health support when needed, fewer than half feel safe in their local area, and transport costs and reliability are significant barriers to work and learning. While young people demonstrate strong skills confidence and above-average interest in green jobs, they lack work experience, have a weak sense of belonging compared to national averages, and face geographic inequalities in access to opportunities.
