This action research report explores the employment support needs of 18–25-year-olds living in North Paddington (Westminster), a high-deprivation area with above-average youth unemployment. The study found that young adults face a significant "personal network gap," widespread discrimination, low confidence, and a lack of accessible, tailored employment support. It recommends an integrated, community-based "no wrong door" employment partnership model that centres young people's voices in service design.
